Settlement Checklist

Agreement of Sale:

This will give us information to complete a search and preliminary Settlement Statement such as Borrower and Seller names, Social Security #'s, Property Address, Tax map number, zoning use, Purchase price, down monies, any monetary concessions, real estate companies involved, commissions due, mortgage amount and settlement date.

What to bring to settlement:

Proof of identity, Drivers License, Photo ID, Social Security Number, Proof of Homeowners Insurance as required by most lenders, Appropriate funds needed, this should be in the form of certified, cashiers check and wired funds made payable to Pride Abstract and Settlement Services.
