Settlement Services

As part of Pride Abstract's Settlement Services they offer the following:

    •   Estimate your Closing Costs - Give you an estimate of your closing costs

    •   Tax Certifications - Ordered immediately and forwarded per your instructions

    •   Payoffs - Send them the information and authorization, and they will obtain the
        payoffs in time for closing

    •   Final Payoffs for public water and/or sewer - They will obtain in time for
        closing

    •   Homeowner's Association and PUD dues statements - They will obtain in
        time for closing

    •   HUD 1 Settlement Statement - As soon as they have lender fees and any fees
        from you, they prepare the closing statement for review by you and the lender

    •   Lender Documents - Their advanced technology can receive lender documents in
        most every imaginable format

    •   Deed Preparation (PA) - Full document and deed preparation services as well as
        full recording services

    •   Closing - Settlements are scheduled at an office most convenient for you,
        conducted by an experienced title professional, Policy is issued at the table.
